Paper Studio is a collection of pen-and-paper logic puzzles, published by AG Quillworks (“we”, “us”). We built it to work well with as little of your data as possible. This policy explains, in plain language, what we collect, why, and the choices you have.
The short version: the app works fully offline and needs no account. We collect anonymous usage analytics to improve the games, and — if you leave it on — we back up your progress so you don’t lose it. We show no ads, and we never sell your data.

On-device only: reminders/notifications are scheduled locally on your device — no data is sent to us to deliver them.
We rely on a few trusted providers to run the app. They process data on our behalf:

Because these providers may process data outside your country, your information may be transferred internationally and handled under those providers’ own safeguards.
Analytics are retained by our analytics provider for a limited period and then aggregated or deleted. Your cloud backup is kept while you use the app; it is removed when you delete it (see below) or after a long period of inactivity. Feedback is kept as long as needed to act on it.

Paper Studio is a general-audience app and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will remove it.
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your personal data, or to object to certain processing. To exercise any of these, contact us at the address below.
If we change how we handle data, we will update this page and its “Last updated” date.
